Fruit Salad

What fruits you have available that are easy to buy at this time of the year.
Fruit Salad is great for friendship. It is alot like friendship if you think about it, fruits that look different,
taste different and are different colors get together then their flavors blend together. Like true friendships......

Oranges or Lemons

Summer fruits that grow only where it is very warm.
A sun type fruit perfect for the day.
I like the lemon drinks anyone can get at a fair, with sugar and a half of lemon...
I make those... but with less sugar!
Or buy one at a fair or summer program.

Mushrooms

Mushrooms are dear to the fairies hearts.
I however don't like the taste....

Spicy foods

We usually have some thing BBQ and fruit salad ....
Spicy is the hot like the sun who is in his full glory.

Here's a BBQ Sauce recipe I got from a Heloise Column.

Jamaican BBQ Sauce

1 1/2 cups of cider vinegar
3 tbsp. worestershire sauce
4 tsp. lemon juice
2 tsp. brown sugar
1 tbsp. prepared mustard
1 tbsp. liquid smoke
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. cayenne pepper
3/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp flavor enhancer
1 cup ketchup
1/2 cup tomato puree

Mix together.
Use right away or store in refrigerator in a sealed jar.

Sand

Ingredients:
1 pk. instant vanilla pudding mix
2 cups of cold milk
1 8 oz. pk. whipped topping
nilla waffers (broken)
gummy worms, spiders, centipedes, etc...

Mix the pudding mix with milk. let sit for 5 minutes.
Mix in whipped topping. Add 1/2 of the broken waffers.
Spread on bottom of container 1/2 of broken waffers.
Fill with pudding mixture and then Sprinkle the rest of waffers on top pudding mix.
Right before serving place the bugs on top to look like the sand on the beach

Fish Bowls

Blueberry Jell-o fish gummys

Make blueberry jello according to package.
While it is setting add fish, sharks, or sea life gummys to the bowl or cup.
Or as my daughter likes just add to top
